DELIVERIES

Hatton Electrical Wholesale have two delivery vans for local deliveries and use an established carrier to deliver to mainland UK.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within three working days. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within three days we will contact you on the phone number provided.

Please could you make sure that some-one is available to sign for the delivery at the address provided.We regret that we cannot deliver without a signature.

RETURNS

If you no longer require the goods or they are incorrect we will issue a full refund subject to the goods being in a resaleable condition and returned by yourselves. A credit will be issued after the goods have been returned and inspected.

If the goods are faulty and within their warrenty period we will replace the goods free of charge upon receipt of the faulty goods. The warrenty will remain from the original date of purchase.

IMPORTANT

Please contact us before returning any items. We will supply you with a returns number which must be displayed on all boxes being returned. Items returned with no Returns number will be refused.
